儿童友好视角下社康服务中心空间设计策略研究——以深圳市南山区南头街道为例

Research on Spatial Design Strategies of Community Health Service Centers from the Perspective of Child-Friendliness:Taking Nantou Street,Nanshan District,Shenzhen as an Example

针对儿童群体的医疗空间改造,是近几年践行儿童友好健康城市理念的重要组成部分。文章以深圳市南山区南头街道9家社康服务中心为例,基于实地调研和行为标注法,揭示了社康空间关于儿童使用的现状问题,梳理了社康空间中的儿童活动行为特征,以儿童对社康中心的使用感受与活动需求为依据,从使用场景、设施尺度、空间形式、激发探知四个方面对儿童友好的社康中心空间的改造提出建议,以期契合儿童的行为倾向需求,并弱化儿童在社康中心就医时的紧张心理,最终实现儿童友好化社康中心的有机更新。

The transformation of medical spacefor children is an important partof implementing the concept of child-friendly and healthy city in recent years.The paper takes nine community health service centres in Nantou Street,Nanshan District,Shenzhen as an example,and based on field research and behavioural annotation method,it reveals the status quo problems of community health space regarding children's use,combs through the characteristics of children's activity behaviours in the community health space,and based on children's feeling of use and activity needs of the community health service centre,it puts forward suggestions on the modification of the space of the child-friendly community health service centre from the four aspects of the use scenario,the scale of the facilities,the form of the space,and stimulation of the exploration,in order to match the behavioural tendencies of the children's demand,and to weaken the children's stressful psychology when they seek medical care at community health service centres,so as to ultimately achieve the organic renewal of child-friendly community health service centres.
