经颅磁治疗仪在脑梗死吞咽障碍患者中的应用

摘要 目的探析经颅磁治疗仪在脑梗死吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法抽选2021年11月至2023年11月南京同仁医院收治的88例脑梗死吞咽障碍患者,选择随机数字表法分为两组,每组44例。实验组治疗方式为经颅磁治疗仪联合吞咽摄食训练,对照组治疗方式为吞咽摄食训练。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果干预前,两组SSA、FOIS、VFSS、NIHSS评分对比,P>0.05;干预后,实验组SSA、NIHSS评分均明显低于对照组,FOIS、VFSS均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。干预前,两组舌骨上移、舌骨前移活动度对比,P>0.05;干预后,实验组舌骨上移、舌骨前移活动度均较对照组更大,P<0.05。实验组总有效率95.45%,远高于对照组的81.82%,P<0.05。结论经颅磁治疗仪治疗联合吞咽摄食训练治疗脑梗死吞咽障碍可有效改善患者吞咽功能及神经功能,增加舌骨活动度,提高整体疗效。 Objective:To Objective to analyze the application effect of transcranial magnetic therapeutic instrument in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarctionMethods:Eighty-eight patients with dysphagia due to cerebral infarction admitted to Nanjing Tongren Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with transcranial magnetic therapeutic apparatus combined with swallowing and feeding training,while the control group was treated with swallowing and feeding training.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,the scores of SSA、FOIS、VFSS and NIHSS in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After intervention,the scores of SSA and NIHSS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the scores of FOIS and VFSS were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,the activity of hyoid bone moving up and moving forward was compared between the two groups,P>0.05;After the intervention,the movement of hyoid bone in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.45%,which was much higher than that of the control group 81.82%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transcranial magnetic therapy combined with swallowing and feeding training can effectively improve the swallowing function and neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction,increase the activity of hyoid bone and improve the overall curative effect.
