摘要
目的观察分析公众号肠道准备宣教视频在日间手术病房肠息肉切除术患者中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法选取医院2022年8月至2023年7月期间收治的100例日间手术病房肠息肉切除术患者,按照患者一般信息均衡可比原则分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组在手术前采取常规宣教模式,研究组提供基于微信公众号的视频宣教服务。对两组患者肠道准备依从性、肠道清洁程度及宣教满意度进行评估比较。结果研究组肠道准备依从性明显高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组肠道清洁程度各项评分均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者对本次肠道准备宣教满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论基于微信公众号肠道准备宣教视频健康教育模式在日间手术病房肠息肉切除患者中的应用效果满意,在提升患者肠道准备依从性与肠道准备清洁度方面的效果突出。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of WeChat official account's intestinal preparation propaganda video in patients undergoing intestinal polypectomy in daytime operation ward.Methods:A total of 100 patients with intestinal polypectomy in daytime operating wards were selected by objective sampling from August 2022 to July 2023,and were divided into control group and research group according to the principle of balanced and comparable general information of patients,with 50 patients in each group.The control group adopted conventional education mode before operation,while the research group provided video education service based on WeChat We-Chat official account.The compliance of intestinal preparation,intestinal cleanliness and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The compliance of intestinal preparation in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of intestinal cleanliness(BBPS)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the study group were significantly more satisfied with the intestinal preparation than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education mode based on WeChat WeChat official account intestinal preparation propaganda video is effective in the application of patients with intestinal polypectomy in daytime operating wards,and it has a prominent effect in improving the compliance and cleanliness of intestinal preparation.
