重症患者个性化医学营养治疗方案的研究新进展

New progress in the study of personalized medicine nutrition treatment program for severe patients

为重症监护室患者进行医学营养治疗(MNT)的目的是避免营养状况不佳的患者出现营养不良现象,并改善营养不良患者的预后。重症患者预后危险因素之一是营养不良,可对机械通气时间、住院时间等产生严重影响。重症患者的病情变化快,为其制定个性化的MNT方案具有重要意义。本文对不同类型重症患者给予个性化MNT方案的研究进展进行综述。

The purpose of medical nutrition therapy for patients in intensive care unit is to avoid malnutrition in patients with poor nutritional status and improve the prognosis of malnourished patients.Malnutrition is one of the prognostic risk factors of severe patients,which can have a serious impact on the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization.The condition of critically ill patients changes rapidly,so it is of great significance to formulate personalized medical nutrition treatment programs for them.In this paper,the research progress of individualized medical nutrition therapy for different types of severe patients is reviewed.
