交锁髓内钉内固定术对胫腓骨干骨折患者治疗效果及并发症的影响

Clinical influence of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation on the treatment and complications of tibiofibular shaft fracture

目的研究分析交锁髓内钉内固定术对胫腓骨干骨折患者治疗效果及并发症的影响。方法选取商河县人民医院2022年4月至2023年7月期间收治的胫腓骨干骨折患者87例,按照信封法随机分为观察组与对照组,分别为43例、44例。观察组采取交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗,对照组采取经皮锁定钢板内固定术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、临床指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术中出血量显著少于对照组,术后4 h VAS评分显著低于对照组,骨折愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后并发症发生率略低于对照组,但两者对比,P>0.05。结论对胫腓骨干骨折患者采取交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗可减轻患者术后疼痛,减少术中出血量,缩短恢复时间,进而提高治疗效果。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect and complications of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation on patients with tibiofibular shaft fracture.Methods:Eighty-seven patients with tibia and fibula shaft fractures in Shanghe County People's Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the envelope method,with 43 cases and 44 cases respectively.The observation group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,while the control group was treated with percutaneous locking plate.The treatment effect,clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the VAS score at 4 h after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the fracture healing time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the comparison between them,P>0.05.Conclusion:Internal fixation with interlocking intramedullary nail can relieve postoperative pain,reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten recovery time,and further improve the therapeutic effect.
