快速康复外科理念在老年良性前列腺增生患者术后康复中的应用

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨在老年良性前列腺增生患者术后康复中应用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年12月于我院行手术治疗的良性前列腺增生老年患者100例,以随机数表方法分为各50例的两组,对照组常规护理;研究组快速康复外科理念护理。对比两组护理效果。结果研究组术后康复进程各项指标均短于对照组,P<0.05。研究组术后1 d、3 d VAS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。较之对照组,研究组并发症发生率更低,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,P<0.05。结论快速康复外科理念应用于老年良性前列腺增生手术患者中可加快术后康复进程,减少术后并发症,减轻术后疼痛,维持良好的护患关系。

Objective:To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:We selected 100 cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,and divided them into two groups of 50 cases each by randomized number table method;conventional nursing care in the control group;and nursing care with rapid rehabilitation surgical concepts in the research group.Compare the outcomes of care in the two groups..Results:The postoperative rehabilitation process of the study group was shorter than that of the control group in all indicators,P<0.05.The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d and 3 d postoperatively,P<0.05..Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower,P<0.05.Satisfaction with nursing care in the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the control group,p<0.05.Conclusion:The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,reduce postoperative complications,relieve postoperative pain and maintain a good nurse-patient relationship in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
