早期康复干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活能力的影响

Influence ofEarly Rehabilitation Intervention on Limb Function And Living Ability of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的观察分析早期康复干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能与生活能力的影响。方法选择2021年12月至2023年12月兴化市中医院收治的98例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行早期康复干预。对比两组肢体功能、生活能力、步行能力及护理满意度。结果t1,两组上肢FMA、下肢FMA评分、MBI、FAC评分均高于t0,且相比对照组,观察组四项评分均更高,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度较对照组高,P<0.05。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者行早期康复干预可改善肢体功能与步行能力,提高生活能力,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on limb function and living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2023,98 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to xinghua city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early rehabilitation intervention.The limb function、living ability、walking ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:At t1,the scores of upper limb FMA、lower limb FMA、MBI and FAC in both groups were higher than that in t0,and the four scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early rehabilitation intervention can improve limb function,walking ability,life ability and nursing satisfaction of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
