综合护理对胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛、睡眠质量和胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Pain、Sleep Quality And Gastrointestinal Function of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探析综合护理在胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年12月至2023年12月于武警安徽省总队医院普外科行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的90例胆囊结石患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行综合护理干预。对两组疼痛、睡眠质量及胃肠功能进行对比。结果观察组术后24 h、48 h VAS评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后1 d、3 d、5 d PSQI评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组各项胃肠功能指标均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论综合护理在改善胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛、睡眠质量及胃肠功能等方面均具有较好的应用效果,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From December 2022 to December 2023,90 patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the general surgery department of Anhui Armed Police Corps Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain,sleep quality and gastrointestinal function of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The PSQI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 1 st、3rd and 5th day after operation,P<0.05.The indexes of gastrointestinal function in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing has a good application effect in improving postoperative pain,sleep quality and gastrointestinal function of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and it is worth popularizing.
