手术护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者护理满意度的影响

Effect of Surgical Nursing on Nursing Satisfaction of Patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探究手术室护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者护理满意度的影响。方法将2021年8月至2023年12月南京同仁医院收治的80例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术护理。对比两组护理满意度、术后并发症、术后恢复时间、心理状态。结果观察组护理满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组首次下床活动时间、住院时间、进食时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论手术护理应用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者,患者情绪状态较为稳定,对护理工作的依从性较高,术后并发症减少、恢复时间缩短,护理满意度获得提高。

Objective:To explore the influence of operating room nursing on nursing satisfaction of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From August 2021 to December 2023,80 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Nanjing Tongren Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received surgical nursing.Nursing satisfaction、complications、postoperative recovery time and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in control group,P<0.05.The time of getting out of bed for the first time,hospitalization time and eating time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:When surgical nursing is applied to laparoscopic cholecystectomy,patients'emotional state is relatively stable,their compliance with nursing work is high,postoperative complications are reduced,recovery time is shortened,and nursing satisfaction is improved.
