专科护理干预在高频振荡通气治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的研究专科护理干预在高频振荡通气(HFOV)治疗新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(PPHN)中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2024年3月东南大学附属中大医院新生儿重症监护室治疗的100例PPHN患儿,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采取高频振荡通气治疗结合常规护理,实验组采取高频振荡通气治疗结合专科护理干预。记录两组住院总时长、机械通气时长、并发症及预后。结果相比于对照组,实验组新生儿住院时长、机械通气时长均明显缩短,并发症发生率明显减少,同时预后评估结果更优,P<0.05。结论专科护理干预应用于HFOV治疗PPHN中有助于快速患儿康复,减少并发症,并改善预后。 Objective:To Objective To study the effect of specialized nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal persistent pulmonary hypertension(PPHN)by high frequency oscillatory ventilation(HFOV).Methods:From March 2019 to March 2024,100 children with PPHN treated in neonatal intensive care unit of Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with specialized nursing intervention.The total hospitalization duration,mechanical ventilation duration,complications and prognosis of the two groups were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the length of neonatal hospitalization and mechanical ventilation in the experimental group was significantly shortened,the incidence of complications was significantly reduced,and the prognosis evaluation result was better,P<0.05.Conclusion:Specialized nursing intervention in the treatment of PPHN by HFOV is helpful for children to recover quickly,reduce complications and improve prognosis.
