上海装配式超低能耗住宅建筑外墙系统方案比较研究

摘要 基于外墙保温构造的安全性提升需求,上海市明确超低能耗住宅建筑示范项目需采用外墙保温结构一体化系统,主要是夹心及反打2种预制外墙系统。本文从保温构造做法、典型节点设计及热工性能差异等角度对比分析2种外墙系统,并提出外墙体系的选用建议及对应的优化方案。本研究可指导装配式超低能耗建筑的建设和推广,有助于推动上海市乃至夏热冬冷地区“双碳”目标的实现。 Based on the safety improvement requirements of external wall insulation construction,Shanghai has specified that the demonstration projects of ultra-low energy residential buildings must adopt the integrated system of external wall insulation structure,including the prefabricated sandwich and counter-battened external wall systems.This paper conducted a comparative analysis of two types of external wall systems from the perspectives of thermal insulation structures,typical node designs,and thermal performance differences,and proposed recommendations for the selection of external wall systems and corresponding optimization strategies.This study can guide the construction and promotion of assembled ultra-low energy buildings,and help to promote the realization of Shanghai and even the dual-carbon goals in hot summer and cold winter regions.
