大型会议中心观众厅空调系统消声设计——以武汉国际博览中心汉厅为例

摘要 对于大型会议中心而言空调系统噪声是室内的主要噪声源,因此空调系统的消声设计不容忽视。本文首先介绍了大型会议中心-汉厅空调系统的消声设计要点,然后主要对观众厅的空调送、回风系统进行消声计算和设计,对消声器进行选择和消声量测试。最后在全部设备正常开启工况下对观众厅背景噪声进行测试,测试结果低于NR25,满足设计要求。结果表明:回风口设置在耳光室内,可有效降低观众厅内回风系统噪声;消声器必须经过消声量实验测试,复核满足设计要求后方可进行安装;观众厅内空调机组风量设计为30 000 m^(3)/h时,需在风管上设置3节标准消声器。本文为观众厅空调系统消声设计提供了一些思路和工程经验。 The noise of the HVAC system is the main noise source for large conference centers,so the sound attenuation of the HVAC system cannot be ignored.This paper first introduced the key points of sound attenuation design for the air conditioning system of the large conference center Han Hall.Then,it calculated and designed the sound attenuation for the air conditioning supply and return air systems of the auditorium,selected silencers,and tested their attenuation capacity.The background noise of the auditorium was further tested under normal operating conditions of all equipment,and the test results were lower than NR25,meeting the design requirements.The results show that setting the return air outlet in the side light room can effectively reduce the noise of the return air system in the auditorium.Silencers must undergo sound attenuation experiments and meet design requirements before installation.When the air conditioning unit in the auditorium is designed with an air volume of 30,000 m^(3)/h,three standard silencers should be installed on the air duct.This paper provides some insights and reference engineering experience for the sound attenuation design of the air conditioning system in the auditorium.
