大学外语教师教研融合:现状分析与提升路径

摘要 对国内大学外语教师教学与科研融合的相关文献进行了综述,总体上深入的理论探讨和实证研究较为匮乏,较少提出教研融合的具体策略和措施。基于此,在东北某高校外国语学院实施了一次问卷调查,发现大学外语教师对教学和科研的关系认识基本到位,但面临多重压力。建议从提升大学外语教师对教学与科研的认识、提高教师的教学与科研能力、加强教研融合的团队建设、优化教学与科研的评价机制等方面加以改进。 This paper summarizes the relevant literature on the integration of teaching and research for foreign language teachers in domestic universities.Overall,there is a lack of in-depth theoretical discussion and empirical research,and few specific strategies and measures for the integration of teaching and research are proposed.Based on this,a questionnaire survey was conducted in a college of foreign languages in Northeast China,and it was found that foreign language teachers have a basic understanding of the relationship between teaching and research,but they are facing multiple pressures.It is suggested that improvement should be made in terms of enhancing the understanding of foreign language teachers on teaching and research,improving the teaching and research abilities of foreign language teachers,strengthening the team building of the integration of teaching and research,and optimizing the evaluation mechanism of teaching and research.
