语言文字是人类最重要的交际工具和信息载体,是文化的基础要素和鲜明标志,是促进历史发展和社会进步的重要力量。习近平总书记深刻指出,“语言相通是人与人相通的重要环节。语言不通就难以沟通,不沟通就难以达成理解,就难以形成认同。”国家通用语言文字培训的创新与实践对于促进语言文字教育的发展至关重要。随着全球合作与信息技术的广泛应用,地域间的互动和协作逐渐增加,因此,为各国培养出拥有优秀的语言和文字技能的专业人士变得尤为迫切。面对教学资源短缺和学生兴趣缺乏等诸多问题,传统的语言文字教学方法亟待创新和应用实践。

Language and writing are the most important communication tools and information carriers for humanity,the fundamental elements and distinctive symbols of culture,and an important force in promoting historical development and social progress.With the widespread application of global cooperation and information technology,the interaction and collaboration between regions are gradually increasing.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to cultivate professionals with excellent language and writing skills for countries.Faced with many problems such as a shortage of teaching resources and a lack of student interest,traditional language and writing teaching methods urgently need to be innovated and applied in practice.
