略论先秦时期疫病防治措施

On Prevention and Control Measures of Epidemic Diseases in Pre-qin Period

目前学界对于先秦时期疫病防治措施的研究还有进一步完善的空间。先秦时期的疫病防治最早可以追溯到殷商时期。先秦时期的人们不仅将疫病按照流行程度、表现特征等进行了分类,而且认识到季节变化会引起不同疫病,并由此总结提出了预防为先、卫生环境整治、驱鬼逐疫、药物治疗等防治方法。可以为后世的疫病防治积累经验,提供参考依据。

At present,there is still room for further improvement in the research on epidemic prevention and control measures in the pre-qin period.The prevention and control of epidemic diseases in the pre-qin period can be traced back to the Yin-shang period.In the pre-qin period,people didi not only classify epidemic diseases according to the degree of prevalence and performance characteristics,but also realized that seasonal changes would cause different epidemic diseases.Based on this,they put forward prevention first,sanitary environment improvement,exorcism,drug treatment and other prevention and control methods.It can accumulate experience and provide reference for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in future generations.
