摘要
脂代谢异常和脂质代谢重编程与肿瘤发生发展密切相关。脂质组学作为近年来兴起的“组学”,通过全面系统分析肿瘤患者的脂质及其相互作用的分子和代谢物,揭示肿瘤发病机制。脂质组学为寻找胃癌的预测、早期诊断、治疗、预后等生物标志物和生物靶点提供了新思路。
Abnormal lipid metabolism and lipid metabolic reprogramming are closely related to the development of tumor.Lipidomics,as an emerging omics in recent years,can reveal the pathogenesis of tumor through comprehensive and systematic analysis of lipids,the molecules and metabolites with which they interact in tumor patients.Lipidomics provides new ideas for screening biomarkers and biological targets for the prediction,early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.
