摘要
新型石油装备结构件作为机、电、液等分支系统的核心载体,本文以A公司某新产品首台试制至量产过程为例,从产品市场需求调研开始,采用新思想运营方式,建立适合企业自身的组织架构及个性化NPI导入流程,成功克服了模糊市场需求下产品结构件制造交付困难的问题。机动小批量试产方案应用精益改善、先期质量策划相关分析方法实现了制造标准化,最终达到产线复制、转移,实现新产品量产目标,该研究方案以期为A公司其他类似新产品迅速占领市场提供参考。
As the core carrier of mechanical,electrical,hydraulic and other branch systems,the structural components of new petroleum equipment are used in this article.Taking the first trial production to mass production process of a new product from Company A as an example,starting from product market demand research,a new operational approach is adopted to establish an organizational structure and personalized NPI import process suitable for the enterprise itself,successfully overcoming the manufacturing and delivery difficulties of product structural components under fuzzy market demand.The mobile small batch trial production plan applied lean improvement and early quality planning analysis methods to achieve manufacturing standardization,ultimately achieving production line replication and transfer,and achieving the goal of mass production of new products.This research plan aims to provide reference for other new products similar to Company A to quickly occupy the market.
