摘要
本文以一起叉车事故为例,介绍了事故发生的经过并对事故的原因进行了分析,找到了事故发生的主要原因和次要原因。本文针对事故产生的原因提出具体的建议,目的是减少类似事故,达到安全生产的目标。
This article takes a forklift accident as an example,introduces the process of the accident and analyzes its causes,identifying the main and secondary causes of the accident.Specific suggestions have been put forward for the causes of accidents,with the aim of reducing similar accidents and achieving the goal of safety production.
