Treatment and Management of Chronic Cancer-related Pain in Adults

疼痛是癌症患者最常见的症状之一,除可引起不愉快的感觉和情绪体验外,还会影响患者的整体功能及生活质量,与不良预后相关。慢性癌症相关性疼痛控制不佳可能与其复杂的疼痛机制、现有临床治疗手段的局限性以及医患认知不足有关。本文总结慢性癌症相关性疼痛的定义、分类、评估要点、治疗原则、药物及非药物治疗手段及相关临床更新,同时强调多学科综合管理、患者及家属宣教在癌痛管理中的重要性,以期为临床医生提供成人癌症患者疼痛管理的整体思路。

Pain is one of the most common symptoms in cancer patients.Apart from causing patients to suffer from unpleasant feelings and negative emotional experiences,uncontrolled pain may also influence patients'function and quality of life,and may be associated with poorer prognosis.Poor management of chronic cancer-related pain may be related to its complicated mechanisms,limitations of current clinical treatment and clinicians'and patients'insufficient understanding of the symptom.Therefore,this review summarizes the defini-tions,classifications,evaluation and treatment principles of chronic cancer-related pain,and emphasises the importance of multidisciplinary management and patient education in cancer pain management to provide clini-cians with the overall idea of pain management in adult cancer patients.
