砖粉细度及掺量对水泥性能影响

摘要 为研究不同细度砖粉与熟料对水泥性能的影响,充分发挥各原料水化胶凝活性,通过2种不同细度的熟料和4种不同细度的砖粉制备水泥,并测试其流动度、强度性能和水化产物。研究表明:砖粉的掺入能够改善水泥净浆流动度,而随砖粉细度和掺量的增大,水泥净浆流动度逐渐下降;砖粉与熟料的细度对抗折强度影响不显著;砂浆抗压强度随砖粉细度的增加而无明显变化,随砖粉掺量的增加逐渐下降;随熟料细度增加Ca(OH)2衍射峰强度有所降低,激发了砖粉的火山灰活性,提高熟料细度有利于28 d龄期对砖粉活性激发,有利于强度增长。 To study the effect of different fineness of brick powder and clinker on the performance of cement,and to maximize the hydration and cementing activity of each raw material,cement was prepared using two different finenesses levels of clinker and four different finenesses levels of brick powder.The prepared cement was testedfor its flowability,strength properties and hydration products.The study shows that the incorporation of brick powder can improve the net slurry flow of cement;however,the net slurry flow of cement decreases gradually with the increase in the fineness of brick powder and with the increase of the dosage of brick powder.The fineness of brick powder and clinker does not have a significant effect on the flexural strength.the compressive strength of mortar shows no significant change with the increase of the fineness of brick powder,but it decreases gradually with the increase of the dosage of brick powder.With the increase of clinker fineness,the Ca(OH)2 diffraction peak intensity decreased,stimulating pozzolanic activity of brick powder.The increase of clinker fineness was conducive to stimulating brick powder activity at the age of 28 days,which was beneficial to the strength growth.
