温针灸配合依普利酮片治疗气虚血瘀型高血压的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of warming needle combined with eplerenone tablets in the treatment of hypertension of qi deficiency induced blood stasis pattern

目的观察温针灸配合依普利酮片治疗气虚血瘀型高血压的临床疗效及其对患者脂代谢和生活质量的影响。方法将96例气虚血瘀型高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组给予依普利酮片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用温针灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后血压各项指标[收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)]、血脂各项指标[甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)]、各项中医症候(身疲力乏、恶心胸闷、头重眩晕及痰多纳呆)积分、各项生活质量评分(情感、躯体功能、认知功能及社会参与)及一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)水平的变化情况。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.8%,明显高于对照组的72.9%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血压各项指标、各项中医症候积分及TG、TC、LDL-C、ET-1水平较同组治疗前均显著降低,HDL-C、NO水平及各项生活质量评分均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血压各项指标、各项中医症候积分及TG、TC、LDL-C、ET-1水平均明显低于对照组,HDL-C、NO水平及各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸配合依普利酮片治疗气虚血瘀型高血压疗效确切,可有效降低血压、血脂,改善中医症候及生活质量,提高NO水平,降低ET-1水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming needle combined with eplerenone tablets in the treatment of hypertension of qi deficiency induced blood stasis type and its influence on lipid metabolism and quality of life.Method A total of 96 patients with hypertension of qi deficiency induced blood stasis pattern were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eplerenone tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with warming needle on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure indicators[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],lipid indicators[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom(body fatigue,nausea and chest tightness,head heavy and dizziness and excessive phlegm and anorexia)scores,quality of life scores(emotion,physical function,cognitive function and social participation)and nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels were observed in both groups before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.9%)(P<0.05).After treatment,all the indicators of blood pressure,all the TCM symptom scores and the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and ET-1 of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the levels of HDL-C,NO and the scores of the quality of life of the two groups were significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the blood pressure indexes,TCM symptom scores and the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and ET-1 were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C and NO and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle combined with eplerenone tablets are effective in treating hypertension of qi deficiency induced blood stasis pattern,which can effectively reduce blood pressure and blood lipids,improve the TCM symptoms and quality of life,increase the NO level and reduce the ET-1 level.
