中低频超声肝部肿瘤消融治疗仪的研制

摘要 设计带有中低频超声换能器探头的超声肿瘤消融治疗仪,来研究中低频非聚焦超声对肝部肿瘤组织的疗效影响。其中低频超声换能器的结构为效率较高的对称纵振结构且频率设计为20 kHz,中频超声换能器的结构设计为多阶弯曲式复合振子且频率设计为1 MHz;二者经相应的驱动电路后,中频换能器对浅表肿瘤组织辐射声波,低频换能器对深部肿瘤组织辐射声波。经小白鼠动物实验后发现,肝部肿瘤组织明显坏死并减小,而其余组织未见明显异常。结果表明,中低频非聚焦超声可有效消融实质性肿瘤组织且安全副作用小。 In order to study the therapeutic effect of mid-to-low frequency non focused ultrasound on tumor tissue,an ultrasound tumor treatment instrument with mid-to-low frequency ultrasound transducer probes was designed.The structure of the low-frequency ultrasound transducer was a symmetrical longitudinal vibration structure with high efficiency of 20 kHz;the structural design of the intermediate frequency ultrasonic transducer is a curved disc composite oscillator with a frequency of 1 MHz.After passing through the corresponding driving circuit,the intermediate frequency transducer radiated sound waves to shallow tumor tissue,and the low-frequency transducer radiated sound waves to deep tumor tissue.Animal experiments in mice found that the liver tumor tissue was significantly necrotic and reduced,while no significant abnormalities were observed in the other tissues.The results indicate that mid-to-ow frequency non focused ultrasound can effectively ablate solid tumor tissue with sufficient safety and minimal side effects.
