螺旋埋弧焊管在风电塔筒制造领域的应用研究

摘要 近年来我国风力发电对风电装机的需求不断增大,为了进一步提升风电塔筒的制造技术和效率,对传统风电塔筒制造工艺和螺旋埋弧焊接风电塔筒制造工艺的优点和缺点做了分析比对,提出用螺旋埋弧焊接方法制造风电塔筒有显著的优势,如更高的生产效率、更低的缺陷产生几率及更少的环焊缝。目前国外已经开始采用螺旋埋弧焊接工艺制造风电塔筒,我国螺旋埋弧焊管企业需要克服超大管径、壁厚和管长等技术难题,以更好地推进螺旋埋弧焊管在风电塔筒制造中的应用。 In recent years,the demand for wind power installed capacity in China has been continuously increasing.In order to further improve the manufacturing technology and efficiency of wind power tower,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional wind power tower manufacturing process and spiral submerged arc welding wind power tower manufacturing process are analyzed and compared.It is proposed that the spiral submerged arc welding method has significant advantages,such as higher production efficiency,lower probability of defects and fewer girth welds.Foreign countries have begun to use spiral submerged arc welding process to manufacture wind power tower barrel,China's spiral submerged arc welding pipe manufacturers need to overcome the large diameter,wall thickness and pipe length and other technical problems,in order to better promote the application of spiral submerged arc welding process in wind power tower barrel manufacturing.Wind power tower has been manufactured by spiral submerged arc welding technology abroad.Domestic spiral submerged arc welded pipe manufacturers need to overcome technical difficulties such as oversized pipe diameter,thickness,pipe length and other technical problems in order to better promote the application of spiral submerged arc welding pipes in wind power tower manufacturing.
