冷拌再生改性沥青混合料在重载密集山区干线公路养护上的应用研究——以云南富源公路分局S204升长线重载密集交通路段为例

Application Research of Cold Mixed Recycled Modified Asphalt Mixture in the Maintenance of Heavy-duty Dense Mountainous Trunk Highways:Taking the Heavy Load Dense Traffic Section of the S204 Long Line of Yunnan Fuyuan Highway Sub Bureau as an Example

《“十四五”公路养护管理发展纲要》提出要提高养护供给能力,加强技术创新,形成一批可推广的先进技术经验。要推动绿色养护发展,大力推动废旧路面材料再生利用,提升资源利用效率。[1]本文以云南省富源县S204升长线重载密集山区路段冷拌再生改性沥青混合料试验和推广为例,对冷拌再生改性沥青混合料运用的关键技术、施工工艺和成本控制进行分析,探讨应用推广的可行性,以供公路养护行业参考。

The"14th Five Year Plan for the Development of Highway Maintenance Management"proposes to improve the maintenance supply capacity,strengthen technological innovation,and form a batch of advanced technological experiences that can be promoted.That is to promote the development of green maintenance,vigorously promote the recycling of waste road materials,and improve resource utilization efficiency.This article takes the test and promotion of cold mix recycled modified asphalt mixture on the heavy load dense mountainous section of the S204 long line in Fuyuan County,Yunnan Province as an example.It analyzes the key technologies,construction processes,and cost control of the application of cold mix recycled modified asphalt mixture,explores the feasibility of application and promotion,and provides reference for the highway maintenance industry.
