摘要
为了优化高速公路服务区房建工程的桩基设计,文章提出了一种基于桩基计算原理和适用范围、地质勘察报告、荷载计算等因素的二次优化方法。最后以柳北高速公路张黄服务区桩基作为案例分析,结果显示使用该方法优化后节省6天工期,成本减少850万元,优化率22%,同时确保工程质量和安全。
In order to optimize the pile foundation design of highway service area housing construction project,the article proposes a secondary optimization method based on the principle and applicable scope of pile foundation calculation,geological investigation report,load calculation and other factors.Finally,the piling foundation of Zhanghuang service area of Liu Bei Expressway is taken as a case study,and the results show that the optimization using this method saves 6 days of construction period,reduces the cost by 8.5 million yuan,and optimizes the rate by 22%,while ensuring the quality and safety of the project.
