摘要
针对知识城南方医院(九龙新城综合医院)项目直线加速器机房结构体量大、墙板厚度大、抗渗抗裂要求高的特点,研究总结出一套大体积重晶石纤维混凝土施工工艺。对重晶石防辐射纤维混凝土的配合比设计、高大模板及支撑体系设计和施工、大体积重晶石混凝土浇筑、大体积混凝土温度控制和养护等关键技术进行总结分析,表明该施工工艺具有良好的可操作性,可为其他相关工程提供借鉴。
In view of the characteristics of the linear accelerator rooms of the Knowledge City Southern Hospital(Jiulong New town General Hospital)project,which has a large structural volume,thick wall panels,and high requirements for anti-seepage and crack resistance,a set of mass barite fiber concrete construction technology was studied and summarized.Analysis and summary of key technologies including the mix design of barite radiation-proof fiber concrete,the design and construction of tall formwork and support systems,mass barite concrete pouring,and mass concrete temperature control and curing was performed,which shows this construction technology has good operability,and can provide reference for other related projects.
