大温差地区既有路面裂缝综合处治技术方案设计与应用

摘要 通过对河西走廊西端既有路面大温差环境、裂缝损坏类型及主要成因的调查分析,依托大温差地区高速公路路面功能性修复与结构性修复工程,利用裂缝处治材料与新型路面结构组合的综合抗裂优势,提出了大温差地区既有路面裂缝综合处治技术方案,并提出了裂缝处治施工工艺及质量控制要点,保障了路面修复工程质量,以供类似工程参考。 Through investigation and analysis of the large temperature difference environment,types and main causes of crack damage on the existing pavement at the western end of the Hexi Corridor,relying on the functional and structural corrective engineering of the highway pavement in the large temperature difference area,and utilizing the comprehensive crack resistance advantages of crack treatment materials and new pavement structure combinations,a comprehensive crack treatment technology scheme for the existing pavement in the large temperature difference area is proposed.The construction process and quality control points for crack treatment are also proposed,ensuring the quality of pavement corrective engineering and providing reference for similar projects.
