建筑工程施工电梯及塔式起重机设备安装技术的应用探索

Exploration of the Application of Installation Technology for Construction Elevators and Tower Cranes in Construction Projects

某商业住宅项目以高层建筑为主,为了方便人员、小型机具和施工物资垂直运输,拟定在施工现场设置SC200/200TD型施工电梯和QTZ60型塔式起重机。为了控制安全风险,对以上2类特种设备的安装技术要点进行分析。对于施工电梯,安装前应计算附着反力、验算附墙结构的受拉承载力,再根据设备说明书完成组装。对于塔式起重机,应根据地质条件、载荷大小选择适宜的基础形式,并验算基础的抗倾倒稳定性,最后完成各个组件的组装、吊运和调试。

A commercial residential project mainly consists of high-rise buildings.In order to facilitate the vertical transportation of personnel,small machinery,and construction materials,it is proposed to set up SC200/200TD construction elevators and QTZ60 tower cranes at the construction site.In order to control safety risks,the installation technical points of the above two types of special equipment are analyzed.For construction elevators,the attachment reaction force should be calculated and the tensile bearing capacity of the attached wall structure should be verified before installation,and then assembly should be completed according to the equipment manual.For tower cranes,a suitable foundation form should be selected based on geological conditions and load size,and the anti overturning stability of the foundation should be verified.Finally,the assembly,lifting,and commissioning of each component should be completed.
