摘要
基于对某胶粘厂地块是否可以变更为住宅用地进行开发利用,通过对地块的历史情况及第一阶段分析,对地块内特征污染物进行分析工作,在地块内进行点位布设及样品采集检测工作。检测结果显示地块内土壤样品检出的重金属和有机物检测项目均低于筛选值,因此地块内土壤环境符合未来开发建设要求。同时针对胶粘生产企业地块在土壤污染状况调查中存在的相关问题进行了探讨,结合地块案例经验,对开展的相关工作提出了建议,为其他胶粘厂地块土壤环境调查工作提供参考。
Based on the question of whether an adhesive factory site can be changed into a residential site for development and utilization,through the analysis of the historical situation of the site and the first phase,the analysis of the characteristic pollutants in the site was carried out,and point placement and sample collection and testing were carried out in the site.The test results show that the heavy metals and organic matter detected in the soil samples are lower than the screening value,so the soil environment of the site meets the requirements for future development and construction.At the same time for the adhesive production enterprise plot in the soil pollution status investigation of the relevant issues were discussed,combined with the plot case experience,the relevant work carried out to put forward suggestions for other adhesive factory plot soil environment investigation work to provide reference.
