摘要
为研究爆炸冲击波作用下金属折叠式夹层板的损伤响应特性,采用ABAQUS软件、CEL算法和流固耦合理论建立了冲击波作用下的金属折叠式夹层板结构损伤的仿真模型,通过对数值仿真与实验数据进行对比,验证了数值仿真的有效性.同时对不同面板厚度、炸药当量对金属夹层板的毁伤特性进行分析.结果表明:随着上面板厚度的增加,结构发生局部破坏产生的破口逐渐减小,破口形状逐渐发生改变;随着炸药当量的增加,夹层板横向、纵向的结构特性逐渐丧失.
In order to study the damage response characteristics of metal folding sandwich plates under blast shock waves,a simulation model of the anti-explosion performance of metal folding sandwich plates under blast waves is established by using ABAQUS software,CEL algorithm and fluid-structure coupling theory.The effectiveness of the numerical simulation is verified by comparing the numerical simulation with the experimental data.In addition,the damage characteristics of metal sandwich plates with different thicknesses and explosive equivalents are analyzed.The simulation results show that with the increase of the thickness of the upper panel,the fractures caused by local failure of the structure gradually decrease,and the shape of the fractures changes gradually.With the increase of explosive yield,the transverse and longitudinal structural characteristics of sandwich plates are gradually lost.
