乡村振兴视角下本土人才的生成困境及化解路径

实现乡村振兴,人才振兴是关键。本土人才对乡村有着重要的引领和带头作用,是乡村振兴的重要人才支撑。如何激发乡村本土人才的内生动力已成为解决乡村振兴动能问题的关键。为培育一支真正扎根农村、服务农村的本土人才队伍,文章采用实地调查方法,基于对湖北省恩施州的研究,系统地阐述了本土人才培育面临的人才总量少、培养机制不健全、村民缺乏集体认同感等困境,并分别从外力干预以及人才本身两方面提出有效的解决路径,意在从源头上夯实乡村本土人才的生成基础,激活乡村本土人才的内生潜力,为乡村振兴注入人才活力。

To achieve rural revitalization,talent revitalization is the key.Local talents play an important leading role in rural areas,and are an important talent support for rural revitalization.How to stimulate the endogenous motivation of local talents in rural areas has become the key to solving the problem of rural revitalization.In order to cultivate a truly rooted and service-oriented local talent team in rural areas,this article adopts the research method of field investigation based on the study of Enshi Prefecture in Hubei Province.It systematically elaborates on the difficulties faced by local talent cultivation,such as a small total number of talents,an incomplete training mechanism,and a lack of collective identity among villagers.Effective solutions are proposed from both external intervention and the talent itself,intended to solidify the foundation for the generation of local talents in rural areas from the source,activate the endogenous potential of local talents in rural areas,and inject talent vitality into rural revitalization.
