摘要
在创新驱动的知识经济发展和产业转型升级背景下,大学作为社会主体需要发挥更直接更重要的作用,西方大学第三使命与中国应用型大学内涵总体一致。基于大学在区域产业类型发展中不同的角色,大学实现第三使命路径的多元化,结合中国高等教育发展实际,应用型大学发展应有创业型、创新型和参与型三类路径。不同类型层次的高校可根据院校实际与区域产业发展需求选择契合的发展路径来提升大学的应用性,为经济社会发展作出更直接更重要的贡献。
In the context of innovation driven knowledge economy development and industrial transforma⁃tion and upgrading,universities,as social entities,need to play a more direct and important role.The“third mis⁃sion”of western universities is generally consistent with the connotation of applied universities in China.Based on the different roles of universities in the development of regional industrial types,the diversification of paths for universities to achieve their third mission has been proposed.Combined with the actual development of high⁃er education in China,three types of paths for the development of applied universities have been proposed:en⁃trepreneurial,innovative,and participatory.Universities of different types and levels in China can choose suit⁃able applied development paths based on the actual situation of the universities and the needs of regional indus⁃trial development to enhance the applicability of the universities,making more direct and important contribu⁃tions to economic and social development.
