摘要
针对现有轮胎成型加工培训受场地和设备资源限制等问题,基于Unity 3D平台,开发设计轮胎成型工艺过程的虚拟仿真系统。该系统通过三维建模、动画演示、交互式操作等方式,模拟轮胎成型工艺的工作过程,包括胎体、胎面、胎侧、钢丝圈等各部分在轮胎成型过程中的组装贴合,并在虚拟环境中进行可视化展示。
In view of the limited training sites and equipment resources for tire building processing,a set of virtual simulation systems for tire building process was developed and designed based on Unity 3D platform.This system simulated the working process of tire building through 3D modeling,animation demonstration,interactive operation,etc.,including the assembly and bonding of various parts such as carcass,tread,sidewall and steel ring during the tire building process,and visualized the display in a virtual environment.
