国产防老剂4020在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用

Application of Domestic Antioxidant 4020 in Carcass Compound of All-steel Truck and Bus Radial Tire

研究国产防老剂4020在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:采用国产防老剂4020等量替代进口防老剂4020,胶料的门尼粘度减小,Fmax增大,t90缩短;硫化胶的拉伸性能、撕裂强度和粘合性能相当,压缩生热略有降低;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,原材料成本降低。

The application of domestic antioxidant 4020 in the carcass compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tires was studied.The results showed that by using domestic antioxidant 4020 instead of imported antioxidant 4020 in equal amounts,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was reduced,the Fmax was increased,and the t90 was shortened.The tensile property,tear strength and adhesive property of the vulcanizate were comparable,with a slight decrease in compression heat build-up.The durability of the finished tire was improved and the raw material cost was reduced.
