核电厂反应堆保护系统动态功能测试方法设计与实现

摘要 为解决传统的反应堆保护系统功能测试中未测试信号滤波控制环节的问题,设计了反应堆保护系统的动态功能测试方法。在逻辑功能块源头注入动态信号并监视功能块的动态输出,同时在仿真软件中对逻辑功能块建模并施加相同的动态信号,确认实测结果与仿真结果的一致性。实施上述测试方案,发现测试结果与建模仿真结果的符合度较好,可以应用于反应堆保护系统的功能验证。 In order to solve the problem that the lead lag is not tested in the traditional reactor protection system functional test,a dynamic functional test method of reactor protection system is designed.Dynamic signals are injected into the source of the logical function block and dynamic output of the functional block is monitored.Meanwhile,the same dynamic signals are modeled and applied to the logical function block in the simulation software to confirm the consistency between the measured results and the simulation results.After the above test scheme is implemented,it is found that the test results are in good agreement with the modeling and simulation results,which can be applied to the functional verification of the reactor protection system.
