摘要
针对百万千瓦级核电厂主给水泵失效的机械密封进行目视和微观检查分析,梳理机封失效原因,通过建模分析机械密封设计薄弱环节,针对性地制定了改进方案和验证,其运行参数和可靠性均优于原设计机械密封,提升了百万千瓦级核电厂主给水泵设备可靠性。
This paper carries out visual and microscopic inspection and analysis on the mechanical seal of the main feedwater pump failure of 1000 MWe nuclear power plant,combs the failure cause of the mechanical seal,and develops a targeted improvement plan and verification through modeling and analysis of the weak link in the mechanical seal design.Its operating parameters and reliability are better than the original design mechanical seal,improving the reliability of the main feedwater pump equipment of 1000 MWe nuclear power plant.
