摘要
本文以某核电厂乏燃料厂房乏燃料水池上方钢-混组合结构超厚楼板施工为例,从型钢免拆模板材料、型钢免拆模板体系设计、钢-混组合结构楼板施工技术、质量控制要求及质量效果评价方面介绍了钢-混组合结构实施楼板建造技术,其应用节约了施工成本、提高了施工效率、节省了工期,为后续工程提供技术参考,其推广应用对提高我国核电工程工业化水平具有重大意义。
Taking the construction of the ultra-thick slab of the steel-mixed composite structure above the spent fuel pool of a nuclear power plant as an example,this paper introduces the slab construction technique of the steel-mixed composite structure from the aspects of free steel formwork material,design of free steel formwork system,construction technique of steel-mixed composite structure floor,quality control requirements and quality evaluation.Its application saves the construction cost,improves the construction efficiency and saves the construction period,provides the technical reference for follow-up projects,and its popularization and application have great significance to improve the industrialization level of China s nuclear power projects.
