数字经济背景下基于EIP-CDIO理念的“人力资源管理”教学模式研究与实践

摘要 数字化技术使企业活动变得高效快速,塑造出系统性的控制、协调和合作模式。这一变化对企业HR而言,提出了运用数字化工程技术对人力资源管理系统性问题的发现、分析、设计、评价和改善能力的新要求和新挑战。在数字经济背景下,本项目基于EIP-CDIO理念构建“人力资源管理”教学模式,将讲道德、讲诚信、职业化三大职业操守和构思、设计、实施和运作四大工程训练阶段融入“人力资源管理”教学之中,基于EIP-CDIO理念设计出“人力资源管理”课程的人才培养标准质量体系、三阶段的工程项目分析训练教学内容、课程评价体系,并将该教学模式运用于学院的其他相关专业。 Digital technology makes enterprise activities efficient and rapid,and shapes a systematic mode of control,coordination and cooperation.This change puts forward new requirements and challenges for enterprise HR to find,analyze,design,evaluate and improve the systematic problems of human resource management by using digital engineering technology.Under the background of digital economy,this project constructs the teaching mode of human resource management based on EIP-CDIO concept,and integrates the three professional ethics,honesty and professionalism,and the four engineering training stages of conception,design,implementation and operation into the teaching of Human Resource Management.Based on the concept of EIP-CDIO,this paper designs the standard quality system of personnel training,the three-stage teaching content of engineering project analysis training and the course evaluation system of Human Resource Management,and applies this teaching mode to other related majors in the college,in an attempt to lay a foundation for cultivating compound,high-quality and applied digital talents that enterprises need and can adapt to the new environment of enterprise development.Digital technology makes enterprise activities efficient and rapid,and shapes a systematic mode of control,coordination and cooperation.This change puts forward new requirements and challenges for enterprise HR to find,analyze,design,evaluate and improve the systematic problems of human resource management by using digital engineering technology.Under the background of digital economy,this project constructs the teaching mode of human resource management based on EIP-CDIO concept,and integrates the three professional ethics,honesty and professionalism,and the four engineering training stages of conception,design,implementation and operation into the teaching of Human Resource Management.Based on the concept of EIP-CDIO,this paper designs the standard quality system of personnel training,the three-stage teaching content of engineering project analysis training and the course evaluation system of Human Resource Management,and applies this teaching mode to other related majors in the college.
