数字经济背景下基于EIP-CDIO理念的“人力资源管理”教学模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of Human Resource Management Teaching Mode Based on EIP-CDIO Concept under the Background of Digital Economy

数字化技术使企业活动变得高效快速,塑造出系统性的控制、协调和合作模式。这一变化对企业HR而言,提出了运用数字化工程技术对人力资源管理系统性问题的发现、分析、设计、评价和改善能力的新要求和新挑战。在数字经济背景下,本项目基于EIP-CDIO理念构建“人力资源管理”教学模式,将讲道德、讲诚信、职业化三大职业操守和构思、设计、实施和运作四大工程训练阶段融入“人力资源管理”教学之中,基于EIP-CDIO理念设计出“人力资源管理”课程的人才培养标准质量体系、三阶段的工程项目分析训练教学内容、课程评价体系,并将该教学模式运用于学院的其他相关专业。
