高等职业教育助力柳州文化产业升级的路径探析

Analysis on the Path of Higher Vocational Education Supporting the Upgrading of Liuzhou's Cultural Industry

文化产业高质量发展是中国式现代化的重要课题,文化产业的升级发展对地方经济有着重要意义,该文旨在从教育视角出发,探索解决文化产业升级中的困境。该文梳理了柳州文化产业近年发展的方向与总体成效,分析了柳州文化产业发展升级过程中呈现出的三大痛点,即产业人才匮乏、产业结构不合理、科技创新不足。基于职业教育对培养地方文化传承创新人才、推进文化创意策划与创新生产事业的重要意义,根据柳州文化产业发展的现实需求,该文通过经验分析,总结了本地高职院校从人才培养、社会服务、科研创新三个方面发力助推柳州文化产业升级的经验与策略。

The high-quality development of the cultural industry is an important topic of Chinese modernization,and the upgrading and development of the cultural industry is of great significance to the local economy.This paper aims to explore and solve the dilemma of the upgrading of the cultural industry from the perspective of education.This paper reviews the development direction and overall results of Liuzhou's cultural industry in recent years,and analyzes three major pain points in the development and upgrading process of Liuzhou's cultural industry,namely,lack of industrial talents,unreasonable industrial structure,and insufficient scientific and technological innovation.At the same time,this paper demonstrates that vocational education,as an important part of the national education system and human resources development,is an important help for the development of local cultural industry.According to the actual needs of the development of Liuzhou cultural industry,through experience analysis,the experience and strategy of local vocational colleges to promote the upgrading of Liuzhou cultural products from three aspects:talent training,social service and scientific research and innovation are summarized.
