不合格食品复检和异议工作分析与对策

摘要 食品安全抽样检验工作作为食品安全监管的重要技术支撑,发挥着排查风险隐患“数据库、问题池”的强大作用。不合格食品抽检复检和异议工作作为食品安全抽样检验的一个工作环节,关系到食品生产经营者的根本利益,也关系到政府监管部门的公信力,是食品安全抽检工作公正性的重要保障。本文通过梳理现行有关法律法规,分析不合格食品复检和异议工作难点与问题,并提出工作对策,为后续监管部门顺利开展食品抽检复检和异议工作提供参考。 As an important technical support for food safety supervision,food safety sampling inspection plays a powerful role in the“database and problem pool”for the investigation of hidden risks.As a work link of food safety sampling inspection,unqualified food sampling reinspection and objection work is related to the fundamental interests of food producers and operators,but also related to the credibility of government supervision departments,and is an important guarantee for the fairness of food safety sampling work.By sorting out the current relevant laws and regulations,this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems of unqualified food reinspection and objection work,and puts forward work countermeasures to provide reference for the follow-up supervision departments to carry out food sampling reinspection and objection work smoothly.
