摘要 食源性疾病在全球范围内构成了重大公共卫生挑战,因此监测体系的构建显得尤为关键。本文分析全球食源性疾病的暴发趋势,揭示监测难点及技术与资源的局限性,通过对比主要国家的监测体系,概述数据收集与处理方法的差异,并提出构建高效监测体系的策略,突出技术创新、政策支持与多部门合作,以及公众教育与社会参与的重要性,旨在提升全球食源性疾病监测和防控的能力。 Foodborne diseases pose significant public health challenges globally,making the construction of monitoring systems particularly crucial.This article analyzes the global outbreak trend of foodborne diseases,reveals the difficulties of monitoring and the limitations of technology and resources.By comparing the monitoring systems of major countries,it outlines the differences in data collection and processing methods,and proposes strategies for building an efficient monitoring system.It highlights the importance of technological innovation,policy support and multi departmental cooperation,as well as public education and social participation,aiming to enhance the global monitoring and prevention capabilities of foodborne diseases.
