摘要
牛磺酸具有显著的生物活性,主要体现为对视网膜的修复作用、对神经系统的保护作用与调节血脂、改善相关酶的活性等。目前牛磺酸的制备方法多样,但逐渐趋向于天然提取法,以降低化学提取带来的不利影响。牛磺酸当前的年消耗量十分庞大,如何提高牛磺酸提取率和安全性,变得十分重要。
Taurine has significant biological activity,mainly reflected in its repairing effect on the retina,protective effect on the nervous system,regulation of blood lipids,and improvement of related enzyme activity.At present,there are various methods for preparing taurine,but it is gradually moving towards natural extraction methods to reduce the adverse effects of chemical extraction.The current annual consumption of taurine is very large,and how to improve the extraction rate and safety of taurine has become very important.
