With the rapid development of social economy,food safety has gradually attracted the attention of all walks of life.In order to further improve the level of food safety,food inspection and testing work came into being,which can provide a strong guarantee for people’s food safety.This paper analyzed the significance of improving the accuracy of food inspection and testing results,deeply discussed the influencing factors of the accuracy of food inspection and testing results in China,and proposed effective measures to improve the accuracy of food inspection and testing results,in order to provide useful references for relevant studies and make contributions to the cause of food safety in China.
