基于银纳米-水凝胶柔性SERS基底的蔬果中农残的快速检测研究

摘要 表面增强拉曼散射(Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering,SERS)技术因其高灵敏度、快速检测以及能提供分子指纹信息等特性,在农药检测领域展现出了巨大潜力。本文设计并制备了一种新型银纳米-水凝胶柔性SERS基底,用于有机磷农药的高效检测。制备了星状、花状和球状形貌的银纳米颗粒溶液,利用循环冻融法构建了银纳米-水凝胶SERS基底,实现了对标准物结晶紫的高灵敏度检测(检出限为1×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)),并成功应用于有机磷农药残留物亚胺硫磷的快速检测中,其中星状银纳米-水凝胶SERS基底灵敏度最高,检出限可达1×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1)。该基底有望应用于蔬果表面农药残留物的快速检测中。 Surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)technology has shown great potential in the field of pesticide detection due to its high sensitivity,rapid detection,and ability to provide molecular fingerprint information.In this paper,a novel silver nanoparticle-hydrogel flexible SERS substrate was designed and prepared for the efficient detection of organophosphorus pesticides.Silver nanoparticles with three different morphologies,star shaped,flower shaped and spherical,were prepared,the silver nanoparticle-hydrogel SERS substrate was constructed by the cyclic freezing and thawing method,which realized the high sensitivity detection of crystal violet(the detection limit was 1×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)),furthermore,it was successfully applied to the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues imidophos,the star shaped silver nanoparticle-hydrogel SERS substrate had the highest sensitivity,with the detection limit of 1×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1).This substrate is expected to be applied in the rapid detection of pesticide residues on the surface of vegetables and fruits.
