硒是人体必需的一种微量元素,在人体中具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力、保肝及解毒等重要生理功能。本文论述富硒食品的研究进展,为富硒食品开发提供参考。
Selenium is an essential trace element in human body,which has important physiological functions such as anti-oxidation,anti-aging,anti-tumor,improving immunity,protecting liver and detoxification.This paper discusses the research progress of selenium-rich food and provides reference for the development of selenium-rich food.
