摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对食品安全的要求也越来越高。高校作为食品安全教育和科研的重要阵地,其食品检测实验室承担着重要的责任。然而,近年来高校食品检测实验室安全事故频发,给食品安全带来了严重威胁。鉴于此,本文概述高校食品检测实验室风险预防的作用,梳理现阶段高校食品检测实验室存在的安全风险,并针对安全风险提出具体的预防措施,以供相关人员参考和借鉴。
With the continuous development of the social economy,people’s demand for food safety is increasingly high.Universities,as important positions for food safety education and scientific research,bear significant responsibilities in their food testing laboratories.However,in recent years,frequent safety accidents in university food testing laboratories have posed a serious threat to food safety.In view of this,this paper outlines the role of risk prevention in university food testing laboratories,combs the safety risks existing in the current university food testing laboratories,and proposes specific preventive measures for the safety risks for reference and reference by relevant personnel.
