国产食品安全检测试纸条的应用现状

新时期背景下,食品安全检测试纸条因具有检测范围广、灵敏度高、成本低、速度快及使用安全等优势,广泛应用于食品安全现场快速检测和初步筛查工作中,为提升我国相关检测工作效率提供了坚实基础。基于此,本文重点分析了国产食品安全检测试纸条的应用现状,并针对其在应用中存在的问题提出了建议,旨在促进我国食品安全检测机构及相关技术人员更加科学、广泛、有效地运用国产食品安全检测试纸条,以充分发挥其优势和价值。

In the context of the new era,the food safety test strip is widely used in the field detection and preliminary screening of food quality and safety because of its advantages of wide detection range,high sensitivity,low cost,high speed and safety in use,it provides a solid foundation for improving the efficiency of relevant detection work in our country.In view of this,this article focuses on analyzing the application status of domestic food safety testing strips,and puts forward several suggestions for the problems existing in its application,the purpose is to promote China’s food safety testing organizations and relevant technical personnel to use domestic food safety testing strips more scientifically,widely and effectively,in order to give full play to its advantages and value.
