电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品烘焙用纸中18种元素

摘要 通过筛选样品前处理方法及优化仪器条件,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定食品烘焙用纸中18种元素(砷、硼、钡、铍、镉、钴、铬、铜、镓、锰、镍、铅、锑、锡、锶、钛、铊和钒)含量的分析方法。对建立的方法进行方法学验证,结果表明,18种元素质量浓度与质谱响应值线性良好,标准曲线相关系数除硼(0.9969)外均大于0.999,各元素检出限为0.00005~0.18000 mg·kg^(-1),样品加标回收率为92.5%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为1.15%~6.08%(n=7)。对市售的14批次食品烘焙用纸样品进行抽样检测,结果显示食品烘焙用纸中的钡、锰、铜含量较高,砷全部符合国家标准,铅有1批次超出限量值10倍。 An analytical method for simultaneous determination of 18 elements(arsenic,boron,barium,beryllium,cadmium,cobalt,chromium,copper,gallium,manganese,nickel,lead,antimony,tin,strontium,titanium,thallium and vanadium)in food baking paper by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established by screening sample pretreatment methods and optimizing instrument conditions.The method was validated and the results showed that the mass concentrations of the 18 elements had good linearity with the mass spectrometry response values.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves were greater than 0.999 except for boron(0.9969).The detection limits of the elements were 0.00005~0.18000 mg·kg^(-1),the sample spike recoveries were 92.5%~102.6%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.15%~6.08%(n=7).Sampling and testing of 14 batches of commercially available food baking paper samples showed that the content of barium,manganese and copper in food baking paper was relatively high,all arsenic levels met national standards,and the lead content of one batch exceeded the limit by 10 times.
