摘要
光谱技术以其快速、无损等优势在蔬菜农药残留检测中得到广泛应用。本文阐述蔬菜农药残留的主要类别、光谱技术的原理与特点,总结光谱技术在蔬菜农药残留检测中的应用现状,提出提高光谱技术在蔬菜农药残留检测中应用效能的对策,旨在为光谱技术在蔬菜农药残留检测领域的进一步应用提供参考。
The spectroscopic technique has been widely used in the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables because of its advantages of fast and non-destructive.This paper describes the main categories of vegetable pesticide residues,the principle and characteristics of spectral technology,summarizes the application status of spectral technology in the detection of vegetable pesticide residues,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the application efficiency of spectral technology in the detection of vegetable pesticide residues,aiming to provide references for further application of spectral technology in the detection field of vegetable pesticide residues.
