摘要
安全仪表系统是安全生产中非常重要的保护层,在生产装置中的安全保护作用举足轻重,关键时候能发挥“锚泊”效应,避免事故发生,越来越受到重视。共因失效是安全仪表系统保护层失效的一个重要因素,影响了安全仪表系统的可靠性和可用性。本文分析了共因失效的标准和判断及要求时的失效概率计算。
The safety instrument system is a very important layer of protect in safety production,playing a crucial role in the safety protection of production equipment.It can play a“anchoring”effect in critical moments to avoid accidents,and is increasingly valued.Common cause failure is an important factor in the failure of the protective layer of safety instrument systems,which affects the reliability and availability of safety instrument systems.This article analyzes the standards and judgments of common cause failure,as wellas the calculation of probability of dangerous failure ondemand.
